UNPETABLES ( BOOK 03 ) CALL OF THE WEIRD TP

From the petting zoo to the high seas! In their third hilarious adventure, best friends Pigmund and Lizárdo dive into a water-tossed tale of hijinks, mystery, mayhem, and friendship! When Pigmund and Lizárdo broke out of the petting zoo and started a freelance pet business, they never imagined they'd end up as ship mascots on a fishing boat in the middle of the Right-Hand Ocean! They are The Unpetables-and if you need a pet, you can hire them. That is, if you promise to never, ever pet them!In this all-new adventure, the Unpetables are rescued by Captain Aimee and her crew of misfit mascots after getting stranded at sea. But something fishy is going on aboard this fishing boat, and when they drift into the Triangle of Weirdness, things go from weird to weirder. Bait your hooks and get ready for a wild tale of mystery, missing persons, and monsters-and one very persistent maintenance man! Dennis Messner grew up in rural Missouri writing and drawing stories about animal misfits and underdogs. But he bombed school art and received marks for exhibiting "little to no self-control." Later, Dennis combined his love of misfits and his short attention span to create, storyboard, write, design, and/or produce animated projects and TV shows for studios such as Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, Disney, and DreamWorks. He's also illustrated a series of children's books and had a short stint as a syndicated cartoonist. Dennis lives in Los Angeles and, when not doodling, is probably traveling, reading out-of-print manga, feeding a crow, or eating a potato.
