MINOTAUR #4

The next chapter of Si Spurrier (Flash, A Mischief of Magpies) and Mike Dowling's (The Amazing Spider-Man, Unfollow) visionary, genre-bending ongoing series begins here! Monday, Sara, and Raf descend on a bizarre Southern BBQ joint expecting to find evidence of another inexplicable phenomenon. Instead, they uncover a grisly genetic experiment involving a disgraced scientist, a murderous son, and a barn full of genetically resurrected dinosaur-chickens. As the truth behind the creatures comes spilling out, Monday discovers that her own strange connection to the supernatural may be getting stronger-and more personal. Simon "Si" Spurrier writes comics, prose and TV. His comic book projects run the gamut from mainstream-bothering fare like X-men, Flash and Hellblazer through to Eisner Award and Grand Prix D'Angouleme-nominated indie titles like Coda, Damn Them All and The Spire. He's the winner of a GLAAD Media Award for his work on Star Wars: Doctor Aphra. Recent works include swamp-crime thriller The Voice Said Kill and weird-fi portal fantasy A Mischief Of Magpies. He lives by the seaside and is surprisingly good with a bow and arrow. Mike Dowling is a comic book artist drawing creator-owned, independent, and mainstream comics on both sides of the pond. Alongside working on Devlin Waugh, Judge Anderson, and Judge Dredd for 2000AD, Mike co-created the indie book Death Sentence with Monty Nero and then Unfollow with Rob Williams for Vertigo. He drew SFSX (Safe Sex) by Tina Horn for Image, and found a home at Marvel for some years, with stints on Alien, Amazing Spider-Man, Black Cat, and Daredevil amongst other titles. Recently he drew the comic adaptation of the first Witcher short story for Dark Horse.
