A visiting nurse takes on a patient with Alzheimer's and is invited into her strange, beautiful and often unseen world. At times, caring for Josephine is like caring for an infant-other times, like being cared for by a grandmother. As Josephine slips further and further into the fog, her caretaker, Valerie, reflects on her own life and what it means to be someone's keeper.
