FOREVER HOME #3

Welcome to the end of the world. Make yourself at home, won't you? Visionary creators Christian Ward (Batman: City of Madness) and Sami Kivelä (Abbott) are about to reach the apex of their mind-bending science-fiction masterpiece . . . and you won't want to miss a moment of the year's most unpredictable new series. A stranger approaches, desperately hungry and alone, and immediately alters the trajectory of the Forever Home and its inhabitants. That is, until young Tommy accidentally escapes . . . and returns a man with a new family and a new mission to fight his father for control of the one time-lost oasis beyond the reach of Earth's apocalypse. Christian Ward is a UK-based illustrator, comic artist, and writer. Some of his clients include Marvel Comics, DC Comics, Dark Horse Comics, EPIC Games, and the Guardian, among others. After 10 years of encouraging London teenagers to draw anything other than comics, Ward is now a multi-Eisner-winning comic book artist and writer. He is best known for his cosmic space operas ODY-C, cocreated with Matt Fraction, and the Eisner-winning Invisible Kingdom, cocreated with G Willow Wilson. He was also the artist on the acclaimed Marvel Comics series Black Bolt (with Saladin Ahmed), as well contributing to both Thor (with Jason Arron ) and Batman (with James Tynion). In 2019, he released his first book as a writer, Machine Gun Wizards, cocreated with Sami Kivelä, and Blood Stained Teeth, cocreated with Patric Reynolds. He was hailed by ComicsBeat as "one of the most exciting comic auteurs working in comics today."
